Account, Password and Two-Factor Security
Your account protects your company, fleet and funds. Email verification, a strong password and two-factor authentication serve different security purposes.
At a Glance
- Never share passwords or recovery codes.
- 2FA requires a time-limited code in addition to the password.
- Security changes require deliberate confirmation.
Sign-in and email verification
Registration creates your user name, company name, email address and password. The activation message proves that you control the email address. If it is missing, check the spam folder before requesting another message.
Enable two-factor authentication
- Open Settings and then Security.
- Start two-factor setup.
- Scan the displayed secret with an authenticator app or enter it manually.
- Enter a current six-digit code to confirm setup.
- Store recovery codes offline and never send them to another person.
Lost device or rejected code
First make sure the phone uses automatic date and time. If the device is lost, use one unused recovery code. If neither app nor recovery codes are available, contact support without sending your password.
Change the password
Enter the current password and the new password twice. If you suspect unauthorized access, also review the available session and security controls instead of merely closing the browser.
