The logbook records important company events. It helps you verify what the system processed and when an action occurred.

At a Glance

  • A log entry is evidence, not an undo button.
  • Category and time help locate an event.
  • Market, route, warehouse and vessel events are distinct.

Find an event

  1. Open Logbook.
  2. Filter by a category such as Route, Market, Warehouse or Vessel.
  3. Identify the event by time, object and description.
  4. For routes, also compare vessel status and arrival time.

Investigate a discrepancy

Check active port, good, amount, funds, vessel and time. A port trade log contains only recent local transactions; the company logbook has a broader purpose.

For a support request

Record time, port, vessel, good and visible message. Tell support what you clicked, what you expected and which log entry appeared. Never send a password.
