Delivery and Emergency Contracts
Contracts require a specified good, amount, origin or destination within a deadline. Contract cargo and ordinary trade goods are deliberately recorded separately.
At a Glance
- Accepting uses a personal contract slot.
- Progress counts only through the required workflow.
- Delivery, cancellation and expiry have different consequences.
Before accepting
- Open Contracts at the active port.
- Read client, good, quantity, origin, destination, deadline, reward and conditions.
- Check a suitable vessel, profile, destination access and realistic travel time.
- Accept only if a contract slot is free.
Store and load contract goods
Contract goods may use separate contract storage and must be loaded through the offered contract action. An ordinary market purchase or normal unloading does not automatically complete the contract.
Deliver, cancel or expire
At the destination, verify quantity and status and use the explicit delivery action. Cancellation is deliberate and displays its consequences. Signing out does not pause a deadline.
